Jesse Turtle is the Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Executive
Director of the St. Petersburg College Foundation. Jesse leads the college’s fundraising efforts, alumni engagement, and community partnerships to create meaningful opportunities for students and the community. Under his leadership, the SPC Foundation has strengthened its impact, providing scholarships, resources, and support services that empower students to achieve their academic and career goals. Jesse works closely with donors, business leaders, and civic organizations across Tampa Bay, aligning their philanthropic visions with the college’s mission of creating Better Jobs, Better Lives, and Better Communities.
