Join Us for a guided meditation with Professional Artist, Fred "Rootman" Woods. Fred will guide you through each Chakra, grounding, exploring and setting intentions along the way to understanding your sacred powers that are you. The Chakra Healing and Guided Visualization Meditation will be held in The Things They Left Behind meditation room.
